After experiencing the coastal towns, it was time to really get to know this place.
From the very bottom, to the tippy top.
We started at the bottom:
On a little boat ride through the Grota dello Smeraldo. A cave where refracted sumlight makes the water glow green and/or blue.
Mother nature is one cool chick.
Next, we took to the tippy top. Via Sentiero degli Dei.
Also known as The Path of the Gods.
Which seems quite fitting.
All things considered.
And now I'm feeling confident every trail we blaze should be labeled the path of the God's.
Because, us.
This day was a goody. A treasure. A necessity. A triumph. A big, fat, huge win.
