We fell positively head over heels in love with Positano. Hard.
Positano is the quintessential Amalfi coastal experience.
The sights, the sounds, the scenery. The food. All of it.
Everything I saw in the pictures was in Positano.
Swoon.
Quick tangent: our Amalfi hotel was hilarious. The grounds were breathtaking. Built into the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean. Completely picturesque.
The innards, however, were weird and creepy, and the elevator would most definitely decapitate an unsuspecting human.
But the bathrooms were fabulous. So, I'm still unsure how to categorize this hotel experience.
Odd. Let's just go with eclectic and odd.
