This Looks Like Heaven

Emphasis on looks.  Because I really hope Heaven doesn't feel like freezing cold temperatures.
That, my friends, is called, Hell.  And I'm not interested.

The weekend before Halloween we snuck off to the Poconos with Grandma and Grandpa Zimmerman.
We stayed at the Skytop Lodge.  A gorgeous place on gorgeous grounds with ample amenities.
When the outdoors are not akin to outer darkness.
Without hesitation, we'll be going back.  When short-sleeves are adequate attire.
And while the cold was bothersome, just look.  There wasn't a whole lot of room for complaining with a view this spectacular.
Additionally, no shortage of manly men do manly things on this particular weekend.
Even amid the inhumane temperatures, marshmallows were roasted.  To perfection.
Also, Allen started that roaring fire.  So, Eagle Scouts for the win.
Breakfast: It was divine.  And regal.  And Eden ate like a cow.
Which is always a highly enjoyable site.
Pocono Mountains, you sure are pretty.  Let's play again soon.  And by soon, I mean, when I start liking life again.
