Jumping through {and for} July:

A little Sunday afternoon hike though Watchung Reservation is always a good idea.

 Slurped up 7-11 day

 Marveled at Eden's fearlessness/boogie boarding skills

 Matchy matchy

 The kids finished up another awesome summer swim season.  Both Linley and Ryder made it to The North Jersey Summer Swim League Championships.  And rocked it.

Dear July, 

You are short-lived and long-loved.

Linley Brooke is Eleven!!

Linley invited a boatload of beauties to share in her special day, on the lake!

 She is her happiest anywhere on water.

 We rented a pontoon boot and a giant floating mat, put on some loud music, provided some food, and sat back and enjoyed the sounds of endless happy girly giggles.  

 Happiest birthday Linley Brooke!! You are the shiniest and the sparkliest ray of light and we are so lucky to have you brighten our every day.

Roner Ready!!

 We were so lucky to have some of our college favorites visit us for a long weekend in July.

The Roner's were one of our first married couple friends, and they just recently moved from Atlanta to upstate New York!

 We seamlessly picked up right where we left off, and the kids became instant buddies/besties/true loves. 

So, basically, it could not have gone any better.

 We spent a beautiful day wakeboarding and tubing on the lake.  

And by tubing, I mean holding on for dear life and praying we didn't die.  

The boys showed no mercy.

 The next day we ferried to Liberty Island to stare at our stunning statue.

 We finished our weekend of fun with a day at the beach.

 These friendships were meant to be. From the very beginning.  And for all time.

 In fact, the Roner's are strictly referred to as our "new cousins," so, family first.

 Golden hour.  Happy day.

8 kids and nearly 15 years later, we are right back where we belong.

Together.

Loveliest Little Lake Day

The most beloved season of Mr. Zimmerman and his 4 little followers has finally arrived!!

 Nothing but happiness at Hopatcong.
